Pin down of ideas

Hi guys,

4 dec is the starting of our fypj, two more weeks to come. I suggest that we choose three of our best ideas and discuss of ways to improve them. Upon finishing these, we shall send them to ms grace.

Jin Liang, I thought you told me your guilty monster will be a great story? Post up the whole concept le... -.-

I shall share with you all my first rough idea, I will draw out the rough boards soon to show you guys a better and clearer concept...

Setting the camera at the front view of the forest, a small and short orc emerged out, carrying a sad and ugly look. I shall name him Guru. The camera turned to the side view of the jungle, showing him to pause awhile, and continued to walk through the path. As he went past the jungle, there will be a series of events happening in the background, for example, a young monster trying to grab a coconut from the tree but was hit by the coconut instead, or an orc was being chased by a predator.

This carried on until he reached the village, with everyone waiting outside, carrying clubs.

"Get out of the village! You jinx!"

Looking at the overshadowing figures on him, he bent down his head. Tears rolled down his cheeks, down onto the ground. Guru was often called the jinx of the village, who caused the unfortunate events happening around the place. Bearing a dull green colour, he was being outcasted by them as the rest beared a bright green colour.

Soon, he was chased out of the village and was wandering in the deep jungle again. Searching for food, he could not even catch a "rat" (as orcs always eat huge animals) but was humilated by them instead. Nightfall came by as he sat down by a tree, with dirt all over his body. He cried again.

Suddenly, he spotted fire at a faraway place. It was his village! Immediately, he ran back there as fast as he could.

At the village, the orcs were screaming around. In front of him, there was a huge furry creature showing his back on him. Without considering the consequences, he shouted at the big thing. It then turned around and it was a big fat hungry tiger! It landed its claws on the ground, shaking the area and gave a big loud roar at him.

Guru was already trembling with fear, sweating profusely. He backed a little as the creature approached nearer to him. Finally he turned around and ran off, the creature gave out a roar again and chased him.

The camera turned back to side view again, showing the jungle as the background. The creature kept chasing him, but when Guru shouted, a thunder striked on the creature. Not giving up, it carried on chasing him, Guru made the second shout, and the creature was hit by a coming rock. Third shout brought on another creature biting on him.

Reaching to the a dead end, Guru stopped down and thought that he would be dead. But when he turned to look at the creature, he was overwhelmed by the injuries on him, causing him to struggle on the ground and then dropped dead. Feeling strange, he went back to the village.

This time, the orcs were welcoming his arrival, cheering on him. Guru was shocked by the sudden change on them. Carrying him up, they threw him up and down, celebrating the victory over the creature. The sun rose and shone on his face, showing his delighted smile.

His dull green skin turned brighter, changing into bright green.

Bing Si's Idea

Post in english, so Shahidah will not have trouble reading them. I shall translate for now...

"Snake, ant, spider and centipede were playing mahjong. After 8 rounds, they realised that they have no more cigarettes for smoking. Everybody were deciding who to buy them. Snake spoke, "I don't have legs, I cannot travel, let ant go." Ant said, "Spider got 8 legs, more than mine, let spider go." Spider said, "No matter how many legs I have, I cannot be compared to centipede, let centipede go!" Centipede had no choice, thought, "Blame on me to have the most amount of legs!" So centipede went out to buy cigarettes... However, after one hour, centipede still have not come back, even after two hours. Everybody decided to let spider to go out take a look, but to see centipede sitting outside. This made spider to be very angry, asked him, "Why you still havnt not go yet? Everybody's waiting." Centipede started to become anxious, said, "Nonsense! I have to wear my shoes!"
